The caves are open for visitors from:

13. – 21. February from 10-16.00

28. March – 14. May from 10-16.00

15. May – 31. August from 10-17.00

1. September – 31. October from 10-16.00

Please not that ticket sales close 1 hour before the closing time

Dogs on a leash are welcome.

Concert Price
Susanne Klausen plays the flute in the atmospheric mine. The themes can be “The musical world history”, “beautiful Denmark” or “Love”, where the audience is taken on a musical tour. The concert lasts 30-40 minutes and can be booked in conjunction with group visits. 2500,- DKK

Mønsted Limestone mine has modern educational and informative multimedia shows, which can be viewed with benefit from all ages.

In addition, there is a bat film in the Lime Plant, which is supplemented by an exhibition about the life of the bats. In the Lime Plant there are models showing lime mining, lime burning and a landscape model.
